Natalia Trigo obtuvo el Premio Internacional de Literatura Aura Estrada en 2019. Tiene un doctorado en Escritura Creativa y Estudios Hispánicos por la Universidad de Houston, especializándose en literatura de migración y escritura bilingüe. Ha sido escritora residente en Art Omi (Nueva York), Santa Maddalena (Italia), Ucross (Wyoming) y Ex-Hacienda Guadalupe (México). Su trabajo ha aparecido en la Revista de la Universidad de México, Tierra Adentro y Rio Grande Review, así como en antologías internacionales, incluyendo Machetes Under Our Beds: An International Anthology of Words and Writings by Daughters of Latin America. En 2023 fue seleccionada por la FIL de Guadalajara como una de las siete promesas de la literatura mexicana. Su primera novela, El fin del verano, fue publicada por Almadía en 2026.

Natalia Trigo received the Premio Internacional de Literatura Aura Estrada in 2019. She holds a PhD in Creative Writing and Hispanic Studies from the University of Houston, specializing in migration literature and bilingual writing. She has been a writer in residence at Art Omi (New York), Santa Maddalena (Italy), Ucross (Wyoming), and Ex-Hacienda Guadalupe (Mexico).
